Terms of Service – Best Mobile Tyre and Service

- Nature of Services
We provide professional mobile tyre services, including:
mobile tyre fitting
tyre repair and puncture repair
locking wheel nut removal
roadside tyre assistance
tyre replacement at home, work, or roadside
Services are performed directly by Best Mobile Tyre and Service.
- Booking
Customers can book services via website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once the customer receives confirmation from us.
- Pricing
All prices are clearly displayed or communicated before confirmation. Call-out fees may apply depending on distance, time of day, or location.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Confirmed bookings retain the agreed price.
- Payments
Payments may be made via Stripe or in person (if offered). Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a call-out charge if the technician is already en route.
- Refunds
If a service cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., severe tyre damage making repair impossible), the customer may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding call-out fees.
Completed services are non-refundable unless service was not performed with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
safe access to the vehicle
the vehicle is parked legally and safely
the correct tyre size information is provided
someone is available at the scheduled appointment time
We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
- Liability
We are not liable for:
pre-existing tyre or wheel damage
damage caused by misuse of the vehicle
issues arising from customer-provided incorrect tyre specifications
lost income, business disruption, or indirect loss
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
- Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via email to info@bestmobiletyres.co.uk within 30 days of service.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
