Refund & Cancellation Policy – Best Mobile Tyre and Service
Cancellations
Cancellations made 2+ hours before appointment → No charge
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before → Call-out fee may apply
If technician is already en route → full call-out fee applies
Refunds
Refunds are issued when:
service cannot be completed due to technical reasons
service failure is due to our error
parts/products supplied by us are faulty
Refunds are not issued when:
the customer provided incorrect tyre details
the tyre is beyond repair (blowout, sidewall damage)
the customer changed their mind after service completion
customer was not present at agreed time/place
Refunds are processed via the same payment method (Stripe).
